All blends are carefully formulated and hand mixed in small batches with pure and natural, therapeutic grade essential oils.

Defense Action
Therapeutically blended with essential oils that have traditionally been used to help reinforce the body's systems against viral & bacterial attack. The strong anti-microbial action of these oils helps to fortify the immune system against infection, colds & flu. At the first sign of a sore throat, gently massage swollen glands of the throat area with the equivalent of 1-2 drops of oil. Repeat every 15 minutes until sore throat subsides. For children and the elderly apply to the soles of feet or dilute with lotion or carrier oil of choice. May also be applied along the spinal column.
Inhalation Method: After exposure to flu or viruses, Defense Action is also effective in helping to support the immune system and upper respiratory systems by inhaling. It helps to kill bacteria & viruses before they have the opportunity to attach to the mucous membranes of the nose, throat & lungs. Apply a small amount in palm of hands, rub together, cup over nose and inhale very deeply through the nose. Hold at least 5 seconds, exhale through mouth very slowly and repeat at least 5 more times. Originally formulated to help alleviate muscles spasms in lower back caused by hard physical labor & overexertion, this blend has proven equally effective in helping to relieve leg cramps, menstrual cramps, muscle tensions & Charlie horses.

Motion Potion
Formulated to relieve symptoms of all types of motion sickness & nausea. Apply 1-2 drops in palm of hand, rub together briskly cup over nose and inhale deeply through nose. Hold breath & exhale. Repeat at least twice. Or apply to a handkerchief & inhale. Has also proven effective as a digestive aid (1-2 drops in a small amount of water before or after meals) and breath freshener.

Bruise
Formulated originally to speed removal of blood from damaged bruised tissue, yet this oil has proven especially effective when strong anti-inflammatory is needed. Highly concentrated so use sparingly for: **First sign of a bruise ** Jammed finger or toe **Severely inflamed or painful area ** Mix with olive oil & apply the liver to help detoxify. Especially effective for pain when layered with PAIN FREE.
